Any process to apply color to metal requires surface preparation – down to near-white metal (SSPC-10). A number of ways exist to do that.
At Fortress Fusion, we use a series of chemical treatments to strip rust, dust and impurities from the surface. The end result is a metal clean and ready for either galvanizing or direct application of powder to the metal.
